SUNRISE ROTARY CHRISTMAS? THERE'S HOPE IN THE HOUSE!!

YES, SANTA AND HIS TROMBONE-PLAYING HELPER ATTENDED THE ANNUAL SUNRISE HOPE HOUSE CHRISTMAS PAGEANT!

And here is proof in pictures:

HOPE HOUSE IN MARSING REPRESENTS HOPE FOR YOUTH

The Rotary Club of Boise Sunrise hosts youth and adult supervisors from Marsing's Hope House each year during the Christmas season.  It is always a highlight of our Christmas celebration.

This year the Idaho Stampede Foundation represented by Bill Ilett, managing investor of the Idaho Stampede, presented Donna Lee Velvick, founder of Hope House, with a check for $11,000.  In the picture below, Greg Kittridge of Cummins Rocky Mountain stands by Bill.  His company contributed $8,000 to the Foundation with others who contributed the balance of $3,000.

Jeff Thomson of the Rotary Club of Boise Sunrise presented Donna Lee a check for $1,000.  In addition, the club had purchased a van for $8,000 which it gave to Hope House.  In the picture below, three proud Rotarians -- Mike Peck, Dave Compton and Bob Rainville -- pose by the van.
