ROCKY MOUNTAIN LEADERESHIP INSTITUTE IN TWIN FALLS ON FEB. 12

A total of 43 Rotarians have participated in District 5400's first-ever Rotary Rocky Mountain Leadership Institute!    Our next sessions will be in Pocatello and Boise on April 2 and Twin Falls on April 9.

Will Duke presented two sections of the Institute, Leadership Characteristis and Leadership Team Building.

 
Marianne Barker, Blue Lakes-Twin Falls, served as a facilitator.  She is also an assistant governor is slated to be the District Governor in 2013-14.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IN BOISE AND POCATELO

ROCKY MOUNTAIN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE...FULFILLING A COMMITMENT TO LEADERSHIP TRAINING

The Rotarians you see below met in October with Greg Podd, influential Arizona Rotary leader, to be trained in the concept of the Rotary Rocky Mountain Leadership Institute.  The Institute is designed through facilitated discussion to explore aspects of leadership in Rotary.

The Institute sessions are scheduled for Boise, Pocatello and Twin Falls.  Coordinators include not only Allan Bosch in the west, but Will Duke (central) and Russ McCoy (east).

Facilitators in the east include Rick Excell (Pocatello Gate City), Rick Phillips (Pocatello), Joel Phillips  (Pocatello Portneuf) and Lorin Dixon (Idaho Falls).  Marianne Barker also assisted in the east.
